有機會成為國民黨總統參選人的洪秀柱，日前提出簽署兩岸和平協定等主張，陸委會主委夏立言今天說，政府尊重所有參選人政見。行政院大陸委員會主委夏立言上午參加「崛起的機會與限制－中國大陸的挑戰」國際研討會，記者問到立法院副院長洪秀柱提出簽署兩岸和平協定，是否有加速統一意味時，夏立言作上述表示。夏立言指出，政府到目前為止沒有進入與大陸討論政治議題的階段，因為兩岸互信不夠，台灣內部社會共識也尚未建立，但政府仍尊重所有參選人的政見。
